How to Choose Color Logo and Text Printing Equipment
Color logo printing selection should confirm substrate color, white ink, logo size, color mode, print width, line speed and adhesion requirements.
When packaging needs color logos, text, QR codes or marketing graphics, comparing the word color alone is not enough. Substrate color, white ink, logo size, color file, print width, line speed and adhesion affect model selection.
The public model positioning is different: D550 lists Ricoh G5, UV ink and color label/logo direction; D2100 lists HP A4, CMYK four-color and water-based ink; D3200 lists wide color identification and multi-head expansion while its parameters remain to be completed.
White, transparent and dark materials should be considered separately. Whether white ink is needed depends on target color, coverage and configuration; one result must not be generalized to all models.
The project sequence is to provide the logo file and material information, confirm white ink, QR or variable data needs, and then screen equipment by print width, line speed and ink category.
